The Washington Trust Charitable Foundation provides grants to 501(C) 3 organizations within our market area, including Rhode Island, Massachusetts and southeastern Connecticut. Primary consideration is given to programs or projects that directly benefit the communities we serve. Proposals must be submitted by October 1st for annual review in December. Grants are awarded in January. Please note that IRS tax documentation is required.
