Phil, a resident of Westerly, R.I., is responsible for overseeing Washington Trust's Consumer and Mortgage Lending throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. His long and respected career with Washington Trust spans more than 40 years. He joined the Bank in April of 1969 as a collector in the installment loan department. Throughout his career, Phil has held many positions with the Bank, including vice president & branch manager in Richmond. He is a graduate of Mitchell College and New England Institute of Technology.
