Q. What versions of QuickBooks are supported with Business Online Banking?
A. QuickBooks 2007, 2008, and 2009

Q. Can I download my transactions into QuickBooks with Online Banking?
A. Yes. You can download your transactions from online banking right from your QuickBooks software and reconcile your accounts. Simply follow these instructions for QuickBooks 2007 - 2009:

QuickBooks 2007 - 2009
- At the Banking Menu, select Online Banking, then Setup Account for Online Access.
- Click on Next at the Online Banking Set Up Interview prompt.
- At the Online Banking Set Up Interview, select Bank Account or QuickBooks Bill Pay service and click Next.
- Select I would like to get application information over the Internet and click Next.
- Click Apply Now and click OK.
- Select Banking Account Access under Online Financial Services; Select The Washington Trust Co- BB WC QB; Click Apply Now.
- Verify QuickBooks navigates to the Washington Trust Business Online Banking log on page.
- Click Exit in the software browser window to return to QuickBooks. At the Online Banking Setup Interview, select the Enable Accounts tab. Click Next.
- Select I would like to enter information for my accounts at:; Select The Washington Trust Co in the dropdown list and click Next.
- Select Yes, I have received my confirmation letter from Washington Trust and click Next.
- At the Washington Trust Co Account Set Up click Go Online. Click OK.
- QuickBooks navigates to the Washington Trust Business Online Banking log on page, log on.
- Access Account Summary. Select the account to download transactions. Enter the date range for the transaction history to download.
- At the bottom of the page, from the Export Dropdown menu, select WebConnect for QuickBooks, click on Export.
- If prompted to import or save transactions, select Import new transactions now. Click OK. If not, choose Save the file and save it to your computer. If you have saved the file: Select File, Utilities, Import, Web Connect Files.
- Your browser will open and select the file from your computer.
- At the Select Bank Accounts prompt: Use an existing QuickBooks account and select the account from the dropdown menu OR Create a New QuickBooks account. Complete the information and click Continue, click OK.
- Your data successfully loads into QuickBooks.
- In the Items Received from Financial Institution section, your file is available for viewing. Select the file and click on View.

Q. What is Web Connect?
A. Web Connect allows you to log into Washington Trust's Business Online Banking and download your transactions through a web connection via QuickBooks. Here are complete instructions for QuickBooks 2007 - 2009.

Q. What is a QuickBooks IIF download?
A. This is a QuickBooks file format supported for file transaction downloads with earlier versions of QuickBooks (2004 and earlier). Through online banking you can export your transactions to a iif file format, save it to your computer, open QuickBooks and import the iif file. Your transactions are imported into QuickBooks.
