$5.99 monthly service charge fee if the average daily balance for the monthly statement cycle falls below $250; $5.99 fee is waived if statement is combined with a checking account statement; $15 excess transfer fee for each transfer in excess of six during a statement cycle.

Business Money Market Account

• No monthly service charge fee if a minimum balance of $1,000 is maintained
• Interest-bearing when a minimum balance of $1,000 is maintained

Requires a $2,500 minimum deposit to open. Tiered account: interest rate paid and the Annual Percentage Yield may vary, depending on the balance in the account each day.$7.99 monthly service charge if balance drops below $1,000 minimum; $15 excess transfer fee will be charged for each transfer exceeding stated limitations. Transfers from a Business Money Market Account to another account or to third parties by pre-authorized, automatic, or telephone transfers are limited to six per calendar month, with no more than three by check, draft, debit card, or similar order to third parties.

Ultra Money Fund Account

• No monthly service charge if a $10,000 average daily balance for the monthly statement cycle is maintained
• Free ATM card

Requires a $10,000 minimum deposit to open. Tiered account: interest rate paid and the Annual Percentage Yield earned may vary, depending on the balance in the account each day.$15 service charge fee if the average daily balance for the monthly statement cycle falls below $10,000. An excess transfer fee of $15.00 will be charged for each withdrawal or transfer to another account or to a third party (including telephone transfers) in excess of six per calendar month or in excess of three by check or similar order to a third party. No debit card transactions are permitted.
