Barbara MacMullan is Branch Manager of the Bank's Block Island Office. Barbara joined Washington Trust in 1999 from National Economic Research Associates, Inc. (NERA) where she served 16 years as a senior consultant. She received a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Rhode Island (URI). Barbara is a trustee of the Block Island Land Trust, a member of the Bishops Committee for St. Ann’s by the Sea Episcopal Church and serves on several other town boards and commissions. Barbara resides on Block Island with her husband and daughter.
