Jo-Ann is Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Bank's East Providence branch. She is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, growing the branch's deposit base and loan portfolios and maintaining Washington Trust's active role in the community.
Jo-Ann has more than thirty years of retail banking experience, including previous positions in branch management. She has a bachelor's degree from Providence College and actively volunteers with the Bread of Life Food Pantry in Rumford.
