Jay is vice president and commercial lending officer, and is located in the Bank's Commercial Lending Office at 10 Weybosset Street in Providence. He is responsible for developing and maintaining commercial banking relationships throughout the Bank's market area.
Jay has more than 18 years of banking experience, most recently as relationship manager with Citizens Bank, and holds a bachelor's degree from Bryant University. He and his family live in Attleboro, Mass.
