About Judy Decena

Judy has been a Mortgage Originator since 2000 and is experienced with an array of conventional and government programs for first time homebuyers, primary and second homes, and investment properties. She takes pride in building long-term relationships with her customers, offering a variety of loan products based on each customer's needs and responding to those needs efficiently and effectively while educating homebuyers so they can make informed decisions. Adding to her experience in financing, Judy attained a better understanding of changing markets and translating market indicators while employed with several local appraisal companies.

Judy is an active participant for the Board of Realtors throughout Rhode Island and the YPN, Young Professionals Network, and she volunteers for a number of community organizations, including Special Olympics, Salvation Army, Hasbro Children's Hospital, Meeting Street School, RI Food Bank, United Way disaster relief, Gaspee Events, Breast Cancer Awareness, and the Providence Habitat for Humanity.
