Joe is an assistant vice president, mortgage lending officer, and is located in the Bank’s Centerville Road branch office in Warwick. He is responsible for originating mortgage financing for one to four family residential properties, as well as FHA and first time homebuyer loans.

Joe has more than 18 years of mortgage loan experience, and previously operated his own mortgage origination company in Warwick. He has an M.B.A. from Johnson and Wales University, and a B.A. from Rhode Island College. Joe lives in Narragansett.
