As Senior Mortgage Officer for the Fairfield County office of the Washington Trust Home Loan Center, Raymond is responsible for the origination of residential real estate mortgage loans, including first and second mortgages for purchase, refinance, rehab, construction and debt consolidation purposes.
Raymond's mortgage career in Connecticut spans over 18 years and includes conventional and government residential lending, as well as a history of paralegal work in real estate, bankruptcy and foreclosure. He has extensive experience with first-time homebuyers, and for clients who need financing and mortgage advice as part of a family settlement or other changes in lifestyle.
Raymond is an instructor for the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors, teaching Continuing Education classes on Mortgage Financing Principals and Practices. He is also an affiliate member of the Trumbull Alliance networking group, currently serving as their President and Education Coordinator.
