Charlie joined The Washington Trust Company in 1990, and is Vice President of Business Development. He is responsible for developing relationships for the Corporation's Wealth Management division. Charlie has more than 30 years of banking experience in the trust and investment business. He holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College, and is the past chair of the board of managers for South County YMCA, and is a member of the South Kingstown Lions Club.
