Gene joined Washington Trust Investors with more than 25 years experience in the securities industry. He is a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in finance, and also earned designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst. Prior to joining Washington Trust, Gene was a vice president with Citizens Investment Management Services in Providence, where he managed high net worth and institutional portfolios. Gene is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for the Diocese of Providence, director of the Providence Society of Financial Analysts, chairman of the St. Philomena School Investment Committee and treasurer for the Middletown Babe Ruth Baseball League.
