Kristen L. DiSanto
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Kristen, a South Kingstown resident, joined the Bank in 1994, and was promoted to assistant vice president in 1996, to vice president in 1998, and to senior vice president of human resources in 2009. She has more than 19 years of human resources experience, primarily in the banking industry and is responsible for managing the human resources function, including staffing, training, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Kristen holds a bachelor of arts in speech communication from the University of Rhode Island, and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a graduate of Leadership Rhode Island, and continues her involvement with that organization serving on the special events committee and participating in core program session days. She also serves on the legislative committee of the Rhode Island Business Group on Health, the finance committee of Saint Elizabeth Community and the Personnel Committee of the Ocean Community YMCA.
