Managing Director

Marie is a Managing Director of Washington Trust Investors and has more than 30 years of advising individuals, institutions and corporations. She serves as an advisor and portfolio manager to individuals and institutional Investors. Prior to co-founding Washington Trust Investors (then Phoenix Investment Management) in 1988, Marie held a series of positions with Fleet Bank, rising to Senior Vice President. Marie holds an economics degree from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She sits on the boards of Miriam Hospital, RI Philharmonic and Music School and Tockwotton Home, and she is a member of the Champlin Foundation Distribution Committee. She is a former Vice Chancellor of Brown University.
