Managing Director

Marie is a Managing Director of Washington Trust Investors and has more than 30 years of advising individuals, institutions and corporations. She serves as an advisor and portfolio manager to individuals and institutional clients. Prior to co-founding Washington Trust Investors, formerly Phoenix Investment Management, in 1988, Marie held a series of positions with Fleet Bank, rising to Senior Vice President. Marie holds an economics degree from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She sits on the boards of Lifespan, Salve Regina University, RI Philharmonic and Music School, Public Radio of RI and Tockwotton Home, and she is a member of the Champlin Foundation Distribution Committee. She is a former trustee and Vice Chancellor of Brown University.
