Nicole M. Tremblay
Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer

Nicole has been a Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for the Weston Financial companies, Chief Supervising Principal for Weston Securities Corporation and Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary for New Century Portfolios since 2002.

Prior to joining Weston Financial, Nicole was employed by GoldK as Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel, prior thereto at Allmerica Financial as Independent Counsel and before that at Sun Life Financial as Compliance Review Officer. She is currently licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York and before the United States Supreme Court.

She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in Legal Studies and French, and from the Suffolk University Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree. Nicole is also a member of the New York State Bar, Massachusetts Bar, Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
