Wayne M. Grzecki
Managing Director, President and Chief Operating Officer

Wayne is a Managing Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of Weston Financial.  He has been a Senior Financial Counselor since 1986. He also serves as President and Portfolio Manager of New Century Portfolios. Wayne is also a voting member of the firm's Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Weston Financial, Wayne was employed by the Boston law firm Hale and Dorr and the New York law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft where he was responsible for general corporate, partnership, and individual tax matters.

Wayne is a graduate of Boston College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree; the University of Michigan Law School where he received a Juris Doctor degree; and New York University School of Law where he received a Masters of Law in Taxation. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the New York Bar.
