Washington Trust Provides $1.59 Million in Financing For Lexington, Mass. Shopping Center

Westerly, Rhode Island... The Washington Trust Company announced today that its Commercial Real Estate Group has closed a $1.59 million refinancing loan for CamLex Realty, owners of Marrett Square, an 8,400 square foot shopping center located at 313-321 Marrett Road in Lexington, Mass. Its tenants include a pet store, pastry shop, deli, coffee shop, drycleaner, temporary employment agency, psychology practice, investment firm and a convenience store.
