Providence Bruins to Help With Peanut Butter Drive for Local Food Banks

Westerly, Rhode Island... (March 7, 2005) - The Washington Trust Company and the Greater Westerly-Pawcatuck Chamber of Commerce are presenting a Small Business Information Workshop on Saturday, March 26 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Greater Westerly-Pawcatuck Chamber of Commerce, located at One Chamber Way in Westerly, RI.

The workshop will focus on free programs and services available to help start or grow a small business successfully. Speakers from several organizations and businesses will be on-hand, including The Washington Trust Company, the U.S. Small Business Administration, SCORE: Counselors to America's Small Business, Rhode Island Small Business Development Center, the Center for Women and Enterprise, the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation, Every Company Counts, as well as Rhode Island Secretary of State Matthew Brown. A panel discussion, "Ask the Experts" will follow the speaking program.
