Washington Trust Provides $2.5 Million in Financing for Purchase of Wareham, MA Shopping Plaza

Westerly, Rhode Island... (April 11, 2005) - The Washington Trust Company announced it has provided $2,507,500 to Joseph Iaciofano for the purchase of an 18,390 square foot strip mall in Wareham, MA. The property, Gateway Shopping Center, is currently occupied by five tenants: Dunkin Donuts, CVS Pharmacy, Hollywood Video, RentWay and Wareham Laundry.

Iaciofano, a real estate investor from North Providence, RI, also owns other rental properties in the state that are located in North Providence, Pawtucket, Central Falls, Middletown, North Kingstown and Wakefield.

The Gateway Shopping Center in Wareham, MA, is 40 miles east of Providence, RI and 50 miles southeast of Boston, MA.
