T. deCiutiis, a resident of Westerly, R.I., has been promoted
branch manager of the Bank's Providence branch on 180 Washington
Street. Her responsibilities include daily operations of the branch
as well as the growth and development of the branch's deposit base
and loan portfolio. deCiutiis, who joined the Bank in 2004, most
recently served as senior customer service representative for the
Warwick branch. She holds B.A. and an M.B.A. from Nichols College
in Dudley, Mass.

Janice M. Soares, a resident of Hope Valley, R.I., has been
promoted to small business lending officer. Her responsibilities
include developing, analyzing and maintaining small business loans.
Soares, who joined the Bank in 1992 as a head teller, most recently
served as a commercial credit officer. She holds a B.S. from Providence
College.
