Washington Trust Provides $485,000 for Financing of Medical Condo Office in North Falmouth
March 7, 2006 (Westerly, RI) . . . . The Washington Trust Company provided $485,000 in financing to 37 Edgerton Drive, North Falmouth, LLC, of Attleboro, Mass., to purchase a newly constructed 2,500 s.f. commercial condominium unit located in Bayside Medical Park in North Falmouth, Mass.Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod, Inc., an affiliate of Cape Cod Healthcare, Inc., has entered into a long- term lease with 37 Edgerton Drive, North Falmouth, LLC to occupy the entire unit. In addition to Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod, Inc., the Bayside Medical Park will house up to 70,000 square feet of medical space, including a new surgical center, upon its completion.
