Washington Trust To Open Cranston Branch
March 16, 2006 (Westerly, RI) . . . . The Washington Trust Company announced it will open its 17th branch at 1195 Oaklawn Avenue in Cranston, R.I. The branch is Washington Trust's second in Cranston; the Bank also has a branch at 645 Reservoir Avenue in Cranston.Groundbreaking is scheduled for late spring and the branch is expected to open in late 2006. The new 3,400 square-foot branch will be developed by Frank Paolino. It will be a full service branch with three drive-thru lanes and both a drive-up and walk-up ATM. Amenities in the branch will include flat-screen TVs in waiting areas and an ADA compliant teller station.
