
Vanessa O. Dillon, a resident of Exeter, R.I., has
been promoted to vice president, branch manager for the Bank's Warwick
branch at 236 Centerville Road. She joined the bank in 1991 and
was previously an assistant vice president. Dillon is responsible
for overseeing the daily retail branch operations with a focus on
the growth of core deposits, consumer loans and commercial deposits
and loans. She volunteers as a member of the board of directors
for House of Hope in Warwick and as an ambassador for the East Greenwich
Chamber of Commerce.
Andrea L. DiMasi, a resident of West Kingston, R.I.,
has been promoted to marketing officer. DiMasi joined the Bank in
2002 as a marketing assistant, after graduating from the University
of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
She was promoted to market research associate in 2004. DiMasi manages
the Bank's MCIF system and is responsible for conducting research,
generating reports, and developing prospect lists for business development
and direct marketing programs. She also provides key data used for
strategic planning purposes, including cross-sales, household trends,
and customer segmentation. DiMasi also serves as the investor relations
assistant. In this capacity, she coordinates meetings and presentations
for the investment community and works with the Corporation's stock
transfer agent to resolve shareholder issues. DiMasi is currently
pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at URI.
Kyle J. Popiolek, a resident of Warwick, R.I., has been promoted to credit officer. Popiolek joined the Bank in 2002 as a loan operations specialist, and quickly became proficient with mortgage and commercial loan setup and support. In January 2005, he began supporting the Enterprise Loan and Leasing products, and was promoted to senior SBA associate in August 2005. Popiolek is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He is responsible for supporting the small business product line including credit scoring, processing renewals, closing loans, and promoting the SBA product to lenders and branch staff.
