Eckel, a Westerly, R.I. resident, joined Washington Trust in 1991 and has more than 20 years experience in professional marketing experience. She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy for the Bank, including advertising, research, product development and public relations for retail and commercial lending, retail banking and wealth management services. She is also responsible for corporate communications, investor relations, employee volunteerism and administration of the community sponsorships and contribution program.
