July 6, 2007 (Westerly, RI). . . Nina L. Luchka,, a resident of Charlestown, R.I., has been named assistant vice president and branch manager of The Washington Trust Company’s Wakefield Office. Luchka joined the Bank in 1989 and has worked in the branch system, consumer credit department, and merchant services department, where she was most recently served as sales manager and assistant vice president. As branch manager, she is responsible for the daily operations of the branch and growing the branch’s deposit base and loan portfolios. Luchka holds an associates degree and recently received her bachelor’s degree, both from Providence College. She is a board member of the Southern Rhode Island Cooperative Extension and a 4-H volunteer.
