Washington Trust Wealth Management To Sponsor Leading Women Workshop

August 29, 2007 (Westerly, RI). . . The Washington Trust Company’s Wealth Management division will sponsor a “Leading Women” workshop titled, “Taste of Wine, Wealth & Financial Empowerment,” on Thursday, September 27, from 5 – 8:30 p.m. at Chelo’s Restaurant in Warwick.

Washington Trust Wealth Management representatives will give presentations and lead round table discussions relevant to the issues of wealth management, investing and financial planning. Marie Langlois, managing director of Washington Trust Investors will present an “Economic Market Outlook;” Mary McGoldrick, chief investment officer will present “Asset Allocation and the Importance of Diversification;” and Rogean Makowski, senior vice president, client services will present “Financial Planning: How to Organize and Simplify the Rest of Your Life.” The keynote speaker for this workshop will be Sara Laschever, author of “Women Don’t Ask: The High Cost of Avoiding Negotiation and Positive Strategies for Change.”
