Washington Trust Provides Financing To Great Brook Partner, LLC

September 5, 2007 (Westerly, RI). . . The Washington Trust Company’s Commercial Real Estate Group is providing $3.7 million in financing to Great Brook Partner, LLC for the acquisition of 125 acres of land, road development and infrastructure development for a 51 lot residential subdivision to be know as Great Brook located off Gales Ferry Road and Daboll Road in Groton, Conn.

Great Brook Partner, LLC’s members include Thomas Santilli, Peter Santilli and Douglas DeSimone, and was created for the sole purpose of developing the 51 lot residential subdivision.
