Washington Trust Announces Oaklawn Branch Manager

September 21, 2007 (Westerly, RI). . . Harrison F. Hazard, of Wakefield, R.I., has been promoted to vice president, branch manager of the Oaklawn Branch at 1203 Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston. He will be responsible for the daily operations of the branch and growing the branch’s deposit base and loan portfolios. Hazard has more than 25 years of banking experience including retail branch management and commercial lending. He holds an A.S. in Business from Johnson & Wales University.
