Washington Trust Provides Financing To Hoxsie Properties, LLC

The Washington Trust Company’s Commercial Lending Group is providing $1.8 million in financing to Hoxsie Properties, LLC for the construction of a three unit, 6,500 square-foot retail building, with tenants to include Starbucks and Papa Ginos, at 17 Airport Road in Warwick. Hoxsie Properties, LLC is a realty holding company owned by Brian Bucci.
