Washington Trust To Host Free Homebuyers Seminar

May 15, 2008 (Westerly, Rhode Island). . .The Washington Trust Company and The Residences at Saw Mill Square, a Moran Property Project, will host a free seminar, “Homebuying Made Easy,” on Tuesday, May 27th, from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. at The Residences at Saw Mill Square located at 15 Saw Mill Drive, North Kingstown, R.I.

The seminar will explore all aspects of the home purchasing process, including what to expect when buying a home, down payment and closing cost options, and the criteria lenders use to examine applicants. Speakers will include George and Lisa Avedisian of Real Estate One, LTD and Cathleen Studley and Janell Hayes Bruno, mortgage specialists from Washington Trust.
