Acme Tackle Company has been owned and operated in Providence, RI by the Lavallee family since 1952. Art Lavallee, Jr. has been Acme's president since 1977. Acme manufactures metal fishing lures, which are sold throughout the world. Acme's best known lure is the “KASTMASTER”, which is used in both fresh and salt water.
