Washington Trust announces that Jolene A. Simshauser, of Narragansett, R.I., has been promoted to sales and service manager in the Bank's Sweet Meadows Branch in Narragansett. She is responsible for new account sales, client retention and existing client cross-selling and relationship expansion. She will also assist in the daily supervision of branch staff.
Simshauser joined the Bank in 2001 as a customer service representative (CSR), where she was named “CSR of the Year” in 2003. She was promoted to senior customer service representative in 2006. Simshauser has a bachelor's degree from Adelphi University in New York. She is active in the community and volunteers for Wide Horizons for Children, where she assists and supports families through all stages of the adoption process.
