
Washington Trust announces that Elizabeth A. Musgrave, of Westerly, R.I., has been promoted to vice president, human resources. Musgrave joined the Bank as a human resources generalist in 2000, was promoted to human resources officer in 2001, and then to assistant vice president in 2003. She is responsible for salary and benefits administration, budgeting, managing human resources technology, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, planning employee events, and other human resources initiatives. Musgrave holds a Bachelor of Science in management from Bryant College and a Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is the secretary for the Human Resources Leadership Association of Southeastern Connecticut.
