Cynthia J. Anderson, of North Stonington, Conn., has been promoted to assistant vice president, retirement plan officer. Anderson joined the Bank in 1985 in the Proof and Transit area, and then became assistant supervisor of Deposit Operations, where she developed expertise in IRA rules and regulations. In 1998, when retirement accounts had grown into a significant business line, Anderson was named Retirement Plan Officer. Anderson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Master's degree from Connecticut College. She currently serves as the president of the North Stonington Grange.
Charlene P. Davenport, a resident of Ledyard, Conn., has been promoted to public relations officer. Davenport joined the Bank in 2006 as public and community relations coordinator, and is responsible for generating a positive image and awareness of the Bank's products and services by developing and managing corporate communication programs, including media relations, public relations and community relation programs. Davenport has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and a Masters degree in Organizational Management from Eastern Connecticut State University. She serves on the finance and advisory board for the Cranston Area Career & Technical Center.
Vivian A. Warner, of South Kingstown, R.I., has been promoted to sales & service manager of the Bank's Centerville Road branch in Warwick. Warner joined the Bank in 1998 and has worked in various positions and recently was promoted to senior customer service representative. She is responsible for new account sales, client retention and existing client cross-selling and relationship expansion. She will also assist in the daily supervision of branch staff. Warner has completed both the Omega Lending Class and the Management Certification Program and takes continuing education classes offered through the bank.
