Carolyn Creighton, of South Kingstown, R.I., has been promoted to audit officer. Creighton joined the Bank in 2002 with an extensive background in banking. She is responsible for testing departments' adherence to the Bank's internal controls, security measures and operating procedures. She works closely with the Compliance department to ensure that new regulatory requirements are followed. Creighton's career began at Connecticut National Bank as a personal banking officer and later at Fleet Bank as a vice president in private banking. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salve Regina University.
Wenche W. Davies, of Waterford, Conn., has been promoted to assistant vice president, profitability and MIS. Davies joined the Bank in 2000 as Profitability Specialist. She is responsible for the coordination, execution and administration of MIS-related tasks, including SQL programming, administration for the retail incentive program, and development of a variety of other programs and applications to support a wide variety of Bank departments. She is also the primary resource for profitability-based applications. Davies holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut.
Kimberly A. Shockley, of West Warwick, R.I., has been promoted to sales & service manager of the Sweet Meadows, Narragansett branch. Shockley joined the Bank in 2006 as a trainee in the customer sales and service program and in 2007 was promoted to a senior customer service representative position, while continuing her training in the sales and service program. She is responsible for implementing and developing the Bank's referral program, assisting the manager on improving customer service mystery shops, and deepening customer relationships with business customers and large deposit single service customers. Shockley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rhode Island.
