Kelly has more than 14 years of experience in the commercial banking industry including asset based and real estate lending, along with small and middle market lending experience. He is responsible for developing and maintaining commercial loans and associated relationships throughout the Bank's market area. Kelly received a B.A. degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami. He is on the board of trustees for Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island, is on the parish council for St. Luke's Church, and is also is a member of the Barrington Yacht Club and The University Club.
