Quinlan, Jr., of Coventry, R.I., has joined Washington Trust as vice president, small business lending, and is located in the Bank's Main Office in Westerly. He will be responsible for developing and maintaining business and individual loans from application to closing.
Quinlan has more than six years of banking and business development experience. He holds an A.A. degree from the Community College of Rhode Island, where he is the development chair for the alumni association.
