
Rhonda M. Duckworth, of Wakefield, R.I., has joined Washington Trust as vice president, branch manager of the Bank's North Kingstown office. She will oversee the sales and service activities, including growth initiatives, through sales and business development activities.
With more than 20 years of retail banking experience, including previous positions in management at Citizens Bank and Fleet Bank, she will lead a team of 12 individuals ensuring that they meet organizational, operational, service and growth goals. Duckworth is the treasurer for the North Kingstown Historic Downtown Merchants Association, and is a member of the North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce.
