Washington Trust Commercial Real Estate Group recently provided $2.3 million to Catamore One, LLC, to refinance existing debt held on property located at 70 Catamore Boulevard in East Providence, R.I. The property, located in the Westminster Industrial Park, consists of a fully occupied 28,800 square foot office building.
Catamore One, LLC, is owned by Robert J. Manning, who is the president and owner of Gray's Point Investments, LLC, a private equity and real-estate investment firm based in Providence, R.I.
