
Washington Trust announces that Helena C. Pacheco, of Pawcatuck, Conn., has been promoted to In-Store Branch Manager of the Mystic McQuades branch. Her responsibilities include promoting friendly relations with all retail and potential customers, developing new business ideas, implementing appropriate controls and action plans, and providing daily supervision of branch staff.
Pacheco joined the Bank in 1996 as a teller and has worked in several positions including as a head teller, financial service associate and assistant branch manager. She has a Business degree from Sawyer Business School, and has completed the Bank's Certified Professional Teller program, Senior Financial Service Representative program, Management Certification program and Consumer Lending program.
