Westerly, Rhode Island... Commercial Real Estate Group recently provided $460,000 in financing to FCG Associates Limited Partnership of Providence, R.I., to finance the construction of a maintenance facility, driving range and the expansion of the pro shop, at Triggs Memorial Golf Course in Providence.
FCG Associates Limited Partnership, managed by Karl Augenstein, took over the Triggs Course in 1990, and has improved the course conditions using modern construction and maintenance techniques. Triggs has become a recognized destination for corporate outings and group events, and hosts over 200 private and corporate events annually.
