The Washington Trust Company has announced the hiring of three new NMLS licensed mortgage officers to join the Bank’s team of eighteen Rhode Island-based mortgage originators. All three originators have offices at the Bank’s branch on 236 Centreville Road in Warwick, Rhode Island, but provide mortgage services throughout the State of Rhode Island, as well as nearby Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Beverlee Fairbanks of East Greenwich, Rhode Island has joined Washington Trust as a Mortgage Loan Consultant. In this role, Ms. Fairbanks is responsible for determining the most suitable mortgage products for clients, realtor referrals and new Bank customers. Prior to joining Washington Trust, she worked for Mutual of Omaha in Quincy, Massachusetts and as a Mortgage Loan Officer with Family Financial in Cranston, Rhode Island.
Jennifer Larson of Exeter, Rhode Island has joined the Bank as Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Lending. Ms. Larson has more than 11 years in the mortgage industry in both mortgage and equity loan products. Ms. Larson provides primary home, second home and investment property financing, construction and land financing, bridge loans, rural housing mortgages, and more. She is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling. She is a member of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors, and was named their Affiliate Member of the Year. She is also a member of the South Kingstown Chamber of Commerce and the East Greenwich Chamber of Commerce.
Steven K. Larson of Exeter, Rhode Island has been named Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Lending. With nearly a decade in the mortgage industry, Mr. Larson has experience as both a mortgage broker and mortgage lender and specializes in home purchase financing. He is a graduate of the University of Maine, Farmington with a degree in Business Administration. He also holds a degree in Business Management from Roger Williams University. Mr. Larson is a member of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors, and is the founding member of the Rhode to Success Chapter of Business Networking International.
