Decena Joins Washington Trust’s Newly Opened Home Loan Center

Westerly, Rhode Island... Judy Decena, of North Providence, R.I., has recently joined Washington Trust’s Home Loan Center in Warwick, R.I. as Mortgage Loan Officer. She is responsible for originating loans, managing team production and developing strategic business alliances. Decena is experienced with an array of conventional and government programs for first time homebuyers, primary and second homes, and investment properties.

Decena has more than 14 years of mortgage lending experience, most recently with Coastway Community Bank in Cranston, R.I. She is active with the Board of Realtors throughout Rhode Island and the Young Professionals Network. Decena also volunteers with many organizations including Special Olympics, Salvation Army, Hasbro Children’s Hospital, Meeting Street School, and the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.
