Washington Trust Hires McCaughey as Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer

Westerly, Rhode Island... Washington Trust has announced that Scott A. McCaughey, of West Warwick, R.I., has been appointed Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer and is headquartered at Washington Trust's Weybosset Street Office in Providence. McCaughey will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial banking relationships throughout the Bank's market area.

Prior to joining Washington Trust, McCaughey served as Commercial Lending Relationship Manager for Citizens Bank in Providence, R.I. A graduate of Stonehill College in Easton, Mass., McCaughey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He served on the Advisory Board of the Urban Collaborative Accelerated Program for over 10 years and is an active volunteer with St. Joseph’s School and Parish.
