Washington Trust Finances $6.5 Million Adult Community in CT

Plans Include 385 Residential Units at Oxford Greens

Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group recently provided a $6.5 million loan to Timberlake Holdings Company, LLC for the refinancing of undeveloped land with approvals for 385-units at Oxford Greens, an 803-acre master planned active adult community located in Oxford, CT.
