Washington Trust is proud to sponsor the 92nd meeting of Rhode Island’s in-state rivals. On December 23rd, the University of Rhode Island Men’s Basketball Team will host the Providence College Friars at the Ryan Center at URI. The meeting of these two teams has become a classic sports rivalry rich in tradition and very important to most Rhode Island sports fans. Rhode Island’s two premiere college basketball teams will collide once again this year, and give some Rhode Island fans a year’s worth of bragging rights just in time for the holidays.

Yawgoo Valley Ski Area and Sports Park is anxiously awaiting the start of ski season! Yawgoo is located at 160 Yawgoo Valley Road in Exeter, Rhode Island. They offer a variety of outdoor winter activities, including skiing and snow tubing. Their ski and tubing areas can accommodate large group outings as well as everyday visitors.
