Gene joined Washington Trust Investors with more than 25 years experience in the securities industry. He is a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in finance, and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Prior to joining Washington Trust, Gene was a vice president with Citizens Investment Management Services in Providence, where he managed both high net worth and institutional portfolios. Gene is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for the Diocese of Providence, a trustee of St. Philomena School and Chairman of its Investment Committee, and a past President of the Providence Society of Financial Analysts.
