Our Branches are now open!

Our branch lobbies are now open. For the protection of our customers and employees, we’ve taken additional safety measures. Here’s what to expect:

Branch Capacity and Social Distancing

In order to adhere to social distancing recommendations, we are limiting the number of people in each branch at a given time. Capacity is posted at the entrance of each location. Once inside the branch, please use the floor decals as a guide for maintaining social distancing from other customers.

Health and Safety

  • Face Coverings are Required. In accordance with current guidelines, we ask that you wear a face covering when inside our branch offices. We have installed plexiglass shields at desks and counters for additional protection.
  • Hand Sanitizer is Available. All branches have hand sanitizer available for customers use to help minimize the spread of germs.
  • Please Do Not Visit the Branch if You are Sick. If you do not feel well, show any signs of sickness, or are considered to be in a high-risk category, we ask that you do not visit the branch. Please use mobile banking, online banking, or drive up banking. You can also call our Customer Solutions Center at 800-475-2265 for assistance.

Non-Branch Offices

Our Trusted Advisors in Commercial Banking, Cash Management, Wealth Management and Mortgage Lending will continue to work remotely and schedule appointments as needed. Please contact your relationship officer directly for assistance.
