Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and the community. We are following the guidelines and protocol “social for distancing” established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help prevent the spread of the virus. We continue to work closely with local and federal government officials as well as State Departments of Health, to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak in our region and the local communities we serve. Below are the measures we’ve taken to date.

  • On March 21st we closed our branches until further notice and began offering drive-through banking during regular business hours or special banking services by appointment only.
  • In March the majority of our workforce began working remotely and will continue to do so until further notice.
  • Our facilities are cleaned daily by our maintenance crews and additional measures are being taken to ensure equipment, such as ATMs, receive additional attention.
  • Employees have eliminated or limited in-person meetings and non-essential business travel and have scheduled appointments with clients by phone and Web-ex.
