Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM or Saturday from 8:30 AM until 1:00 PM. Contact information may be updated by contacting our Customer Solutions Center at (800) 475-2265. You can also change your information through Personal Online Banking. Select the “Forms” menu then select the “Change of Address” form.

How may I make a deposit to my account?

You can make a deposit to your account at any Washington Trust branch location, in branch or at the ATM. If you have personal Mobile Banking, you can also make a deposit with Mobile Check Deposit . Funds may also be transmitted electronically to your account as a Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer from another financial institution. If you are not able to process a deposit at a Washington Trust branch location or through electronic means, you may send a check or money order with a deposit slip to the following address for credit to your account.
